They're probably Diatoms. perfectly normal. This is a staple food for many types of snails and filter feeders.
I have a few 10 gals i use; Growing out Brine Shrimp, breeding and raising Peppermint shrimp, Growing Sand Skaters. All fun stuff to me but I get some strange looks when people see them... :confused: :rolleyes:
The bubbles are probably Nitrogen gas... this is a good thing, what a DSB is for. The Worm sounds like a Cirratulid or a Teribellum, both excellent detrivores and crucial to a healthy sand bed. I'm surprised your Arrow crab hasn't...

Hmmm I still can't quite make out the algae. I've seen that sponge before. I believe they can actually move. I'll try to look it up and get back to you.
I'd suggest good light, moderate to low flow, good ca & alk levels.
IMO 2.5 - 3.5 Meq/L balanced with Ca levels of 420 - 460. ie.. I consider the following to be balanced levels: Alk 2.5 Meq/L - Ca 420ppm Alk 3.0 Meq/L - Ca 440ppm Alk 3.5 Meq/L - Ca 460ppm
Any chance some copper or Tin snuck into your tank?
