please help, 13 year old emperor sick

i have a 13 year old emperor that's not eating. it also has red blotches on the body/fins and also 2 red pumps by his gill where the hooks are. please help! no other fish in the tank have the same symptoms. thanks in advance!

Please give us information about you water quality such as ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, pH. Size of tank? Other tank mates?

How long has this fish been in this condition? He has a bacterial infection. Do you have a quarantine tank set up and cycled? He needs to be quarantined and treated with antibiotics (Maracycn-Two for saltwater fish).

thanks for all the help. started some bacterial treatment but 13 years of life finally came to an end. sad to seem him go as i had him as a baby. think i'll stick with smaller fish for a while. this is a great community!
