sick sargassum triggerfish

Hello everyone. I noticed that my sargassum trigger fish looked stuck in the live rock I removed the rock around him so he could get it but now he is now nose down at the bottom of the tank. His gills are still moving and I don't see any blood anywhere, but it look like he may have a little chunk missing by his bottom fin. We are going to put him in a sick tank is there anything we can put in the tank to help him? He is my favorite and don't want to loose him!

Ok at closer look he isn't missing anything from his bottom side and he is now trying to swim a little but not moving just wiggling his fins.

Do a close physical inspection with a mag. glass to see if you can see any abnormalities such as marks, redness, missing scales, red gills, etc. Obviously leave him in the quarantine until he recoups.

I lost my trigger and he was doing the same thing. Face down in the live rock, wedged between rock and glass.

Hopefully you caught it quicker than I! Best of luck!

I think I wasn't feeding mine enough. That's just a guess though.
