Old account help needed

I joined here awhile back as April0684. I ended up changing my email and I forgot my password to my old account. I can't retrieve the password because I deleted the old email account. Is there anyway I can get back into my old account?

Unless you know your old password, to my knowledge, no. Many regular members on here also lost their former names/handles and post counts.
