So my grouper ate the last he was gna eat of mine and the idea was to put him in the spare tank well on my mission to capture him he would not fall for any traps laid for him so I had to catch him with the net he ended up getting tired so I was able to pick him up with my hands so now I put him in the tank long story short he's lay there breathing stressly and the back part of his body is stiff any ideas on how to keep him alive

A little stress coat additive and turn off the lights, give him a hiding place to be able to feel secure. LEAVE HIM ALONE, stay away from the tank, and just let him chill...he should bounce back unless you injured him chasing him around.
