Hi everyone this is my first post here on saltwaterfish.com. I have my first two marine fish ever. I only planned on one but when my lfs tried to remove the one i picked they would not separate. I hate to breakup good things. They still get along perfectly in my tank. But ive come with a question. My male (smaller of the two) has a white spot between his 2nd and 3rd stripe. The owner of my lfs told me he was an abnormal. Is this bad or harmful in any way?

He is fine. It is a mutation in the gene that just affects coloring. Some clowns are breed in captivity for the different coloring and they give them fancy names and charge a lot more money.

I agree, it's just a mis-bar. Not harmful and very unique. Does it have the same pattern on the other side?
