I took over someones 29 gal bow tank with a bunch of live rock and sand (no fish). I want to add a rose bubble tip anemone and 2 clowns. Would an LED High Lumen white/blue light work? The light I'm looking at has: 90 LEDs- 81x 10000K cool white- 9x 460nm Actinic- Lumen : 1200- Super energy efficient 0.10 watt LEDs
