Rose Bubble tip anemometer help

My rose tip bubble anemometer is losing its color and I'm not sure why. It is also losing its bubble tip and acting strange suddenly. It is hosted by a female clownfish. I will post a picture so you can see. I'm new to the hobby with just 1.5 years in experience so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that I am new to this. I have a 28 gallon nanocube cube quad rf. Uv sterilizer, protein skimmer and dual wave maker pumps. Tank is about 2 years old and anenome is about 1. Over the past month it seemed to lose its shape and color. I just tested my water and the only thing I noticed was the ammonia had a spike.
High rangePh=8.1
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=.10 ppm
Ammonia = .15 ppm.
Temp= 78

Essentially it is dying. Probably not enough light.
