Bad ballast in BioCube; can I buy any ballast or does it HAVE to be Oceanic brand?

We found out the ballast to my BioCube is out, as well as the actinic light. Am I able to buy a different ballast (hopefully one a little cheaper) or do I have to order the specific BioCube one?
Its for the 14 gallon BioCube.
I had the same issue for my gf biocube. I called Oceanic and they sent me a replacement one. Give them a call
