little white bugs in my tank?

I have a 55 gal saltwater tank. I only have two clowns and about 30 lbs of live rock, no corals. Tonite there are a bunch of tiny white bugs all over the glass and my plastic plants. They almost look like lice.... Does anyone know what these are, how to get them out, and will they harm my fish?

leave them they are good the only thing you need to get rid of is the plastic plants.

They are pods. Do a search on this forum and you will find alot on them. THey are good to have. Some fish eat them.
