What type of food do clown fish and tangs eat?

I just got two clown fish and a tang. I usually feed my fish O.S.I. Marine Aquarium Flake Food, but I don't know if this will also be good for my clown fish and tang.
Please advice?

My tang likes Spirulina Flakes, Mysis Shrimp, algae on clips. Clowns are pretty easy to appease. Flakes are ok, but I would supplement with frozen foods also (Mysis Shrimp, Brine, Bloodworms, Krill, etc)
