sebae won't separate

I got two sebae that have stuck onto each other. Is there a safe way I can remove the two of them apart with out harming them? Also, one of my snail is stuck between the two sebae.

my sebae de-blooms(cannot think of the right word)at night when the lights are off or when something spooks it.with that in mind;just wait until they seperate and then move them apart.
you might also softly tough them with your hand. this will probly make them turn each other lose.
i'm not very knowledgable with sebaes. just have one, so i hope i'm not giving bad advice.
