Like the titles say, I need some help with my red gorg.

For the last 3 or 4 days its polops havent been extending. Before that It was doing great, 90% of the time they were out. Now only one or two will pop out. I cant see any visible algae on it, and I also have a powerhead pointed directly on it, in hopes that algae wont grow.

Has anyone had problems like this with their Red Gorg.? Can you give some suggestions?
