Snail ID

Ok so I have found 2 of these little snails. i don't think they are box snail but I want to be sure before I flush them. They are both tiny - less than 1/4", yellow and black in color. What makes me think they are not box snails is they really aren't flat, they are more pyramid shaped and from what I can see don't have the "spike" on the bottom. Here is the only decent picture I could get.

They are so tiny and most of the time in a hole of the rock, so getting a picture near impossible. But thanks for looking!
