fish male or female

ok i have a q. how can some one tell the diff. for male and female Diamond Watchman Goby and please post pics of each please

Kidding
males tend to me more colorful, have thicker lips (fighting/digging), a larger buccal cavity (chin pouch) and the first hard rays of the first dorsal fin are exaggerated (taller/spikier)
however each of these points is difficult at best to discern
However if you google for amy drehmel and watchman goby, you can read her report on successful breeding of these fish

no some one at my lfs said that this is a male

it is a orange spotted
