how do you know if there prego or sick

i got three damsels and one has a lump on the stomach but the wierd thing is its only on one side. im thinking its gonna die cause i had one before i thought was prego but it started floting side ways and later died. dont know if i should wait to see what happens or take it out the tank.

Can you get a picture?

Any symptoms other than the lump?

Hard to tell. It kind of looks like she may have eggs, but if it's only on one side, I'm not sure. Definitely send a private message to Beth. She is our disease guru, and can hopefully help you more than I can.

How long has she been this way?
If she is eating well, try getting some vitamins at the fish store and soak the food in it. If you don't do that already.
