I would definitely test the phosphates, add more CUC, frequent water changes, rearrange the flow, and cut back the feedings.

No.  I am waiting 2 more months so I can order my original list.  I don't want to order twice from them.  I am going to pick up a couple more turbo's and 4 more emerald crabs in the mean time.
