Well i just got enough cash to start my 330 reef back up (crashed once ich). But, the only factor im worrying about is black mold on aquarium walls. Could this be harmful to the fishy's once it gets up and running?

I don't know if it's harmful to fish but black mold is certainly not something that you want around humans. I would clean it out just to be safe.

You mean it is in the tank? Or on the walls next to the tank?
