My corals are mad

I started notcing that my toadstool was lying on it's side in the morning and I finally noticed today why.  My gsp had started to grow up the toadstool's stalk and I guess it wasn't liking it.  I was able to peel off most of it and attached the peeled off gsp to a rock. Since then, the ts looks stressed and the gsp has not opened today.  Guess they didn't like me messing with it.

On I side note, my hammer is getting very big and now I believe it's time to find it a new location in the tank.  The only suitable place I see is on the bottom, but it will have frogspawn hovering near.    I think I am getting tired of stinging corals.

Growth is a good thing, do you run carbon? That will ease some of the coral wars. I thought I read someone here on the site say that fragspawn and hammer can touch...but double triple chck to make sure. Do a search using both corals and see what comes up.

I know the touching thing has been talked about before and I was wondering if the FS and hammer could touch.  I run carbon 24/7.  The ts and gsp eventually opened back up so all is well for now.  It was harder than I thought it would be to peel the gsp off too.  Maybe I need to let my picking finger nail to grow some.

Ahhh another handy tool to put on fish tank gadgets, one of those teeth pickers you get in the tooth paste section at the grocery store that looks like a dentists tool.

I did a Google search, Hammer, Torch and Frogspawn can all touch with no bad effects, they are in the same coral family.

my torch and FS sting the crap out of each other. I had to banish them to opposite sides of the tank. I too thought the FS and torches could touch, but, supposedly it's only a hammer and FS than can touch.

Well I moved the hammer and it is now close to the spawn so we shall see what happens.
