Flow for a lionfish

ive read nearly everything i can get my hands on regarding lionfish care but havent seen anything discussing flow in a lionfish tank.  i have a 54g dt with a couple koralia 3s and a koralia 2 and wonder if this is going to blow the poor fish around too much?  there are areas of the tank obviously with higher/lower flow but given the movement i see in some of the lps, anemone & softies i think there is a lot of flow in the tank.  im hoping i dont have to pull a powerhead out as i think i just got the flow right to keep cyano away but the well being of the fish will come first.  the lion going in is a 4ish inch dwarf zebra.  any opinions on this?  thanks.

EDIT:  a quick calculation on the 3 hydors gives me 2,300 gph of flow or > 40X the tank volume an hour.  the return pump from the sump is another 300 gph but after pushing water up through over 4 feet of pvc i dont think it matters much.

Im reading up for my first lionfish also and from what ive read they dont really need high flow tanks. If you do have a lot of flow they will generally hide in the low flow areas.Like I said I am like you and still learning maybe a experienced lion tamer will chime in.

They don't like to be blown around. The higher the flow, the more sedentary they become. They do tend to hover in the high flow areas just before a shed, however. When they put out their fins to hunt/seduce food, they don't want to be blown like a kite.
