need help fast

my emporer angle that i have had for about two years now has "strings" coming out of it's butt. the fish looks ok but what could this be, the only change is some cheato to the fuge

 

i am not having much luck with a pic

AND IT IT STILL THERE  i was going to try to get it in a net and pull it out but "it is fast"

If it is pooping leave the critter alone. If something is caught on it THEN intervene. You are just stressing the poor fish chasing it with a net.

 

I can hear him telling the new fish...don't poop when the lights are on...a weird thing will chase you all over and garb the poop and pull it out for you PAINFUL!

you have made my dadi just was thanking about chasing it all over the tank, but i was going to wait to here what all of you had to say first lol  it is gone now

I have more fun readng posts like yous...folks even get stick and upright the snails that fall over.

 

 I wonder how they take care of themselves in the ocean where no humans can help them.

 

All joking aside, I know it's hard to see a critter struggle, but as a rule they don't need our help for things like uprighting themselves or pooping...some things are just private no matter what you are in this world..Glad to hear your fish is okay.

LOL...I understood you just fine. I have a problem with typing and missing letters because I don't touch the keys just right...SPELL CHECK saves me lots of embarrassments. I keep Microsoft word in the background, I then type my message…spell check and then copy paste. It makes me slow but I can read what I wrote at least and so can others.
