I have never seen a musroom look like that. Mine get tiny then fluff out even changes in color but nothing like that. I see your PH is high, maybe do a water change and lower it to 8.0 - 8.2
IMO I think the bubble is either being nipped at and eaten, or it is too high of water flow, the bubbles remaining look healthy.
that mushroom at one time was just about covering the rock it is on.
I have 20 gal of water getting ready for a change .

Keep us posted, so that’s all that’s left, one sad looking little mushroom? man, I thought they were like the invincible coral that could take just about anything..poor little thing. I hate it when coral dies, it’s always this slow steady deterioration.
your alc and cal readings are both low to have a ph as high as yours can you have your water tested by someone else? also are you dosing other chemicals?
