Its inevitable that this will happen, just as the planet will experience ice ages again, greatly reducing food supplies. We can theorize the causes, even blame ourselves, and blame the cows too til we are blue....these events will still happen again regardless of blame or no-blame.
There's not a dang thing we can do about (with current technology at least).
While CO2 has increased like 30% since the beginning of the industrial revolution methane has increased about 150% AND it is about 20 times more potent a greenhouse gas than CO2. Yet they only want to regulate CO2. Could that be because the global socialist know that regulating methane would effect 3rd world countries far more than the US? And if CO2 is SO NASTY why cap and trade rather than just require a reduction in output? This whole man caused warming scam is the greatest hoax in the history of human kind.
We are still killing the planet regardless, I did get a chuckle reading Beth's post though since according to a whole lot of conservatives man and dinosaurs co-existed.
I am also wondering why you guys are always hating on Al Gore, he is doing nothing more than making money by taking advantage of the free market and peoples stupidity, business as usual, just insert the word global warming instead of Wall St.

Well your supposed paradox doesn't quite work because for the uncle ape, granola munching, fruit cake, happy meal banners think, the indigenous humans were one with nature, and that is pretty much all that the dinosaur human coexisting crowd think was around. Some nomadic tribes of basically for lack of a better term Indians.
Streb27, this post makes no sense at all, I take it you believe dinosaurs and people co-existed? If so, your lack of understanding of basic science should be a good reason to excuse yourself from any global warming discussion regardless of it you think the earth is warming or not. Not trying to be harsh here, but the physical and metaphysical worlds are two vastly different things, both okay on their own, but not to be mixed.

Good lord, I guess I"ll have to explain this again.
So very slowly for you...
A typical liberal thinks that indians are the perfect human, one with nature, never kills more than it needs, and bla bla bla. You can look at Jame Cameron's depiction of the Navi as an example.
2 assuming the refernces in Job to dinosuars or dragons or whatnot means that human's and dinosuars coexisted. You'd have to assume it was undeveloped humans. Like an indian. So taking your rediculous statement. That I assumed was a joke. So I continued on your humorous framework, by making it even more rediculous.
Of course it makes no actual sense. Since the base train of thought made no sense. It was just a joke, and following a rediculous rabbit trail to it's hypothetical end.
