I just did a water change and there was red algea on the back wall when i was emptying it, and when i filled it back up it had turned neon orange? then it started to mist into the water like gas or something . .  should i be worried about it? i tried to siphon some out but i cant get it all before it dissolves into the water, will it harm my fish and corals?

That's not uncommon.  I'm pretty sure it's just some minor cyanobacteria film that, when exposed to air for too long, either dies off or induces a sporing effect.  I get it around my protein skimmer body every time I do a water change.  As long as your base parameters are in good shape, and you don't have any excess pest algae, I wouldn't consider this to be anything worth losing sleep over.
