I have been thinking about getting a clam lately and have been reading about them a lot.... but im not sure if my system is good enough yet.... here is what i am running.
Aquatic life 4 bulb t5 with 2 10,000 w day light and 2 420/460 actinic
Fluval 305 canister filter
Red Sea prizm protien skimmer
And about 60 lbs of live rock.
I also have a syphen overflow box which i run my canisterfilter out of.
I have a rose bulb tip anemone which has been doing great for the past 3 months.
I have 5 different kinds of mushrooms, a Ricordea, 2 Green star polyps and a set of yellow star polyps.
the tank has been set up for just about a year. since last march. I have been looking into starting a refugium.
