do you have to have a min order, then use the cert?? or can you order any amount.

I live in Fla, so shipping here is 14.99 if I order under a certian amount? or free over that amount.

Can the amount for free shipping include the cert.

When I used a gift certificate, it was just like using cash. It did not affect my order minimum.
