Newb with a Zoa frag question

Hello.

 

Simple question here, sorry if it's lame.

 

I ordered Zoa frags from saltwaterfish.com, and they came attached to what looks like a small plastic rack.  My LFS sells frags attached to small rocks.

 

Should I be removing these frags from this plastic rack?  Or just let them overgrow it?

its fine, just place or glue it where u like.. plastic rack wont hurt anything

Don't try prying it off the plug. That little prong will help hold it in the rock where you place it. I never glue a coral until I'm sure it will be happy permanently in that spot.

Not true Henry almost had his eye taken out by a plastic rack, but that’s a whole other story

Yeah, and the thing is they looked so real. Turns out it was the hardest rack I ever had stuck in my eye!  smiley-omg.png
