it used to work now i get calls all the time from insurance people trying to sell me crap.i ask where they got my number and they say i must have signed up on the internet in the past.i guess this is the way around the law these days.fricken spam scumbags.

even worse my cell is my business number so i get salesman bs all day long.i cant change my number because i will lose business.i guess these dirtbag have me by the short hairs for now.

I think you have to renew your Phone # on the do not call list periodically....have you done that?

 

and when they do come thru...LOL....I answer with an accent, and act like I can't understand them

they are getting my # and are finding a way around the law.i get alot of salesmen googling stamped/stained concrete on google .thats how they get my email and phone # to try and sell me crap.i have local suppliers already.i tell them to spend money on advertising like i have to.

i cant tell you how many emails i get through my website for suppliers and homegrown idiots trying to sell me seo for my website.my seo is at the top why would i need more help?they should know this when they look it up.spam losers with no money to spend on advertising so they sit at their desk spamming all day.they wouldnt have to if they had work and sales.just a desperate attempt to stay in business.

Charities and political campaigns are not subject to the list. Now when they call I tell them because they didn't respect my position on the do not call list they are added to my do not donate list. When it's a business I ask for the name then ask what city they are located. When they ask why I tell them I am reporting them and they try the "you signed up" line but when pressed for the info they hang up.

as long as they dont call again.some of these aholes have a bunch of different numbers.a few days ago someone left a message about a nationally known author is writing a book about stamped concrete and wanted to add a column about my business.he never said the author.what a crock.i have been doing what i do for a living for 23 years and keep up on all the new stuff .i could probably teach the author .it gets old.

I started getting a lot of calls from 'unknown' on my cell phone lately.  Jail broke iphone plus iblacklist and problem gone.  I have all private and unknown numbers blocked and I can throw them to voice mail, busy signal, hangup, etc.
