It's definitely a majano, the "mini bubble tip anemone" gives it away. Majanos almost always look like really tiny bubble tip anemones, and many new/uneducated hobbyists assume that this is what they have. I had tons on a few of my rocks. Joe's Juice or Aiptasia-X works well. They can spread quick and form colonies, so you need to get them under control quickly.

I agree it's a Mojano.  They can be easily scraped off the rock with a piece of wood or a fingernail.  If you like it then set up a nano species tank for it but they are able to overpopulate a tank fairly quickly and suppress the growth of other corals.
