Seems the Dr's are popping up more than ever on my screen.

idk i dont get popups much! I have noticed the ads are distinguished by wat we are talkin about! Kinda creepy imo....someones watchin! Site has to make a lil extra on the side i guess

The ads that I'm seeing are not pop ups, they're loading with the page. Sometimes they are about things we are talking about, but I see turtle ads a lot and I definitely don't own, nor plan to own turtles, especially not turtles ordered online.

I didn't mean ad pop ups but they are showing up more and more. I get the stupid turtle ad, which is funny cause it is illegal to purchase/own turtles in Jersey.

With the ad pop ups.... There is a certain fish site that wasn't suppose to be mentioned.... that is on my screen as I am typing this........ So are we allowed to say da dr's name now that its plastered all over our screens as we are on SWF.com?

I was on the site a couple dayz ago and saw an add for gastric bypass surgery....like i wanna get that online....

I see the ad's that are loaded on the page and pop ups.  The loaded adds have been there for quite awhile and haven't bothered me because they are off to the side.  The pop ups just started recently and block the center of the screen.  That is getting old really fast!!

I have seen the past couple of weeks, this cyan colored triangle on the right edge of the screen when in either the main forum listings or section listings. A mouse-hover over it reveals it is a link to "Ad Choices" by google.

 

Too bad one of the choices is not STFU

The ads don't bother me too much, but when we're not allowed to list competitor websites and the competitor website is posting as an add all over the screen, that's something that really needs to be addressed. The "Ask Saltwaterfish.com" section has been very, very absent lately.

actually i use swf mainly but im also part of a lot of swf rival sites does this mean i get kicked out for treachery LOLlaughing.gif
