Red Chili Coral - Please Help

I've had this Red Chili for a couple of weeks now, and it appears to be slowly getting worse.

I've read that lighting isn't importand with this coral, but flow is, so its at the bottom of my tank near direct flow of one of my powerheads. I add ZooPlex, PhytoPlankton, and try to give it a few brine shrimp directly every week. What else could be going wrong?

So more shade then? Thanks, I'll give that a try. I do my best to keep the algae off of it without hurting the coral.

I use to take a turkey baster periodically and blow debris off with that too

Mine died after I upgraded my lighting and forgot to move it  :(

This is a type of coral you add to a empty cave. The light can kill it.

Thanks for the advice =) he's in a dark area now and I'm going to keep blowing the algae of him however I can. Wish me luck ;)
