Six fish in a 70 gallon is not a problem, your biological filter adjusts to load on it so some suggest understanding this and not make fast changes.   Old school is to isolate new fish in a hospital tank, because one new fish can bring the plague, normally parasites.  UV sterilizer or ozone zaps the free floating parasites when they jump off the new fish and spread in like 24 cycles.   Both UV and Ozone with a controller work real nice.  UV got cheap and self-contained in the tank models; if you need it you add it.   It kills micro algae in the water normally pet stores all run it or ozone, many dislike ozone applications it lets you have more than you need, lots of fish, easy corals, without it you would “crash and burn”.

Some fish you wonder how they breed, because they don’t like each other, and the results are deadly for all, just read if they live in groups in captivity.
