Fuzzy Live Rocks and Red Leaves

Thread Starter

I've attached a pic so everyone can see what I'm seeing.

Two things, maybe three.  First, what's the green algae growing on my LR?  When I brought it home from the LFS it wasn't fuzzy at all.  Now, a month later, lots of green fuzz everywhere there's not already corraline.  According to the LFS guy who tests my water meticulously, my params are perfect.

Second, any ideas on what that red leafy looking thing is on the right?  At first I thought it was a piece of red corraline that was flaking off.  Then a second, third, fourth...leaf appeared.  I'ts structured like a plant, feels like a plant, grows like a plant. Do I assume it's a plant?

Third, I know it's fuzzy, but is that white blob a sponge?  It's got some cool looking chambers that keep getting bigger.

Live rock is just cool.  I simply don't know what I'm looking at yet.

Even if there is a tiny amount of invasive/pest algae, it can reproduce in no time.. that's why it started appearing all of a sudden...

I think they are Foraminiferans, harmless - check out this site - http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhiker/hitchhikerswf.shtml - Saxman and Cranberry from this site put this together - good information.  I have these things in my tank as well.
