Cleaning Maxima

OK...I have a small gold maxima that has some GHA growing on it

 

Can I take it out, and lightly brush it with a toothbrush

 

OR should I put SW from the tank in a bucket and scrub it in there????

 

OR any other ideas???

You can take it out if the rock it is attached to is mobile and scrub the heck out of it. 

 

Rinse it off in a bucket of old tank water before you put it back though so you don't add a whole bunch of free floating GHA back into the tank.

Once it's clean, garlic, parsley, parmesan sprinkle over, then bake at 400 for 5 min. bigg.gif
