Dog face puff puff

Hey guys just got a dog face puffer but hes not acting right. How long does it take them to come to life and start acting normal? Hes been in the corner like this for couple hours now.

no one has anything to share about when they first put there dogface in the tank?

I'll tell you my experience with a porc puffer.....put it in my 54G....didn't Qt it......a few weeks later they all get ich.....everybody dies but a longfin sleeper goby that is now in hypo

 

I WILL NEVER have another puffer

 

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sare prone to disease

what does "now in hypo" mean? I hope he makes it, hes so cute.

The puffer died, the goby is the only survivor of the tank.....it is now in a QT and I am goin g to have to do hyposalinity on it to make sure the parasite is dead.....I also have to leave my 54G tank empty now for 6-8 weeks to make sure the ich dies off in there too

well that was yeserday, when I woke up today he was in the back in the corner. Now hes moved back to the same spot in the front. But he is a little more active
