WELL? WHOSE SUSPICIONS WERE 100% CORRECT AFTER ALL? I KNEW IT, YET I WAS JUST TOLD TO SHUT UP AND "WELCOME NEW PEOPLE". I AM NOT SAYING ANYONE SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THAT, LOTS OF PEOPLE DID.

Right after I saw the post, I was suspicious and actually clicked on the red flag on the bottom left of the post and REPORTED IT.

Now, if the OP can prove that, let's say, HE or SHE wrote that article OR that his or her tank was used in the article, then SHAME ON ME. IF he or she can't prove it 100%, I better want them BANNED off this site for good.

Now sorry if I sound too direct in my post. I just had to get my anger out.

I sent it about a MONTH ago. Sorry, I think a month is plenty enough. There was another new member, who I was also slightly suspicious of, that I PM'ed regarding the same thing. They replied me within a couple of days. Now I highly respect that member for keeping such a beautiful tank.

It's just the fact that when I saw the post, I went to the mods and reported it. My concerns were thrown out as if I was rude or unwelcoming. AND GUESS WHO WAS RIGHT! ME.

you need to let this go. I'm glad your "huntch" was correct and you handled it the right way but, you need to let it go

I can't agree more. I just think that some members should be appointed the job of researching and making sure that the submitted tank is authentic. And maybe somehtin' else. IDK... I think that SWF will find a great way to deal with it. And don't reply to my above idea. It's just to get the point across... SWF will find something out, nothing to worry about.

Traveler, regardless of whether or not you were correct, the way you handled it then WAS rude and unwelcoming, and right now, you're acting like a complete child. It is not your job nor your place to PM a newcomer asking for them to prove they own a tank. The sheer fact that you did that is enough to get you banned. This is being handled. Let it go.
