Question about feather dusters

I have a 75 gallon reef ready aquarium with a trigger system sump and protien skimmer.
My problem is I was looking in my refugem today and I noticed a feather duster so I looked closer and realized there are probably about 40 to 50 feather duster worms crawling on the sides and in and around the sand. Do feather duster breed that fast because I didn't notice that about a month ago and is the anything to worry about with all of them in there.

fan worms are a good thing. thumbsup.gif

It means that  there is enough food in the water column for your filter feeders to be happy and multiply.

I knew they were good in moderation but to many of them is what I'm worried about

No worries.  They can become unsightly but not really harmful.
