Too much light for a hammer?

I was reading alot of people having success with pc lighting. I have a 75 gal tank with a 54w actanic, a 54w 14k, and 175w mh is this too much? Should I put it toward the bottom?

It should be okay. If you're worried, you can always start it low and gradually move it up.

Now that its opening, I actially think I bought a frogspawn... Which I would be okay with cause I asked him if he had frogspawn and he said no I have a hammer & I basically told him thats fine, bag it up lol

Its a frogspawn. It doesnt have the half moon shaped tentacles.Some look like fingers and others look like.... Frog toes lol
