Exactly a lot of water changes. So you spent like 150 on the skimmer then have to pay at least 10+ dollars each week and you are dedicated so probally more money even more.

O think it will just be easier doing an ats and then maybe get a protein skimmer down the line if I still have more issues.

I was thinking of getting one or tow yasha shrimp and I saw on one website that they said feed 2x per day. I feed every other day about half a penny of rods food to my pair of clownfish (ocellaris, percula). Is thatgood feeding or should I do 25% of a half a penny of rods food every day . So half of a half of a penny of rods food a day or keep with half a penny of rods food every other day

It all depends if you want to buy them or not. I think it would be a good decision, but It's not my call.
