Thanks.  I got the hammer from a guy that sells frags out of his tank.  It was part of a mother colony in a 125 gallon.  Colony was huge, almost the size of a bball.  The frag, which i really dont consider a frag is at least 6" across.  Only paid $50!!

LOL, when I first read that post I thought "He has a shark in his tank?!?" I had to go back and look again before I realized it was just a typo (of sorts).

Wish this was in my basement.

Found a thread once about a guy that built his house around a 20,000 gallon tank in basement.  The most ridiculous thing I ever seen.  He put on scuba gear to clean inside of glass.  Should have seen the skimmers...6 ft tall.

if you have some time, look through this thread... really amazing.  Must have cost well over 100K; just a guess.  I think the guy is some type of engineer and built most of it himself.  I think i remember reading he custom designed a controller.  pretty sick..

Some people- me included... call them hammerhead corals; not hammer corals.

By the way, welcome to the site, Orca T.

Not really new here, posting yes, having a rather boring month. Been reading alot, learning a few things here and there for around 7 years now, but over all laughing at the drama. This is better than HBO at times. A few folks here, (the click) if you will, are real smart a@#'s

Thank you Traveler

Well, it says that you joined yesterday, so I believe that that's fairly new. Now a new member to this site does not mean a new hobbyist by any means, but I said "Welcome to the site"; not "welcome to the hobby". I hope you didn't take offense. Now where are the names??? LOL!

Prior to the fires in S. California, I had my tank up for close to fifteen years. I have plenty of expereince in the hobby. I'm not the science guy by any means but the fish I did have lived in the tank since I bought them when they were real liitle. A few of them (5) even went through QT and hypo together. Sure miss my little rat pak. Lol.

BTW......... I don't play name games, sorry
