too many fish for reef tank??

currently have a 20H and 30breeder.  Possibly breaking down 20H to elleviate time dedicated to maintenance.  2 young kids at home require a lot of attention.  Have an anthias, green chromis and cardinal in 30B.  Can I move 2 clowns from 20H to 30B?  running a skimmer, moded AC110 fuge, and 30 lbs of LR for filtration.  Keep up on weekly water changes..  Are 5 relatively small fish acceptable for a 30B that is LPS/SPS dominated?  Current nitrates and phosphates are 0!!

any advice??  Im sure most would say stick with a limited amount of fish but looking for a few that have pushed the envelope a bit with bio load to tank size ratios and had success.  Need some reassurance.  Thanks

well, the fish police might come after me... but I have 8 fish in my 40 gallon! I have no problems with that many, most of the fish are pretty small though... I'd like to hear the other opinions
