Having problems keeping alveopora happy tips advice

Yes i know Alveopora is hard but it was a freebie with a devils hand leather that i thought was worth a try its surviving but doesn't seem to be too happy any tips or advice on it?

I need your water parameters. Don't just pull em' out of the air, test your water.

 

I also need your filtration equipment list and what you feed. Also, where do you have it placed in your tank? What flow rate, and how intense are your metal halides?

250 watts we are going to move it to a shady area so the skeletal tissue isn't damaged flow high ( i know it's not good flow for the coral) pump is about 250 GHP 1 twin engine powerhead with double heads that is pumping out 600 GHP.
