In other words, if you want some decor, do yourself a favor and buy some cheap plastic junk that looks "pretty" and that you don't have to pay to keep alive.

So then classify coral........ if not decor...... then what is it for your tank and home? Do you have live plants in your home (are live plants not decor?)?

Your hard headed, I don't plan on changing your mindnana.gif. It's just fun to have a good debate once in a while laughing.gif

"So then classify coral..."

Coral are cnidarians. nana.gif

I won't even entertain your other idea.

Yes, I am hard headed, and I AGREE that it is fun to debate. I've learned a lot of stuff from good debates.

do coral really feel? Does a plant feel?

Im not gonna say that coral is decor cuz its certainly considered an animal imo just as a plant(living) would be considered an animal!

Save a tree, eat a beaver!

I dont think plants feel honestly... !

I dont think coral feels really that much neither!

Let me alliterate.

Coral are decor they set the stage they are secondary actors who need even more care than the main actors. When the main actors are hiding and have disappeared they come to award you with the gentle delicate care you have given them. The more care the bigger the prize and if they do not like the studio then they reward little or not at all. They like the studio to suit them not anyone else but them and so you have to nurture them give them what they like and look after them especially well.

Rainbow, If you feel the need to keep talking about if corals are decor or living decor, please do it in this thread: http://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/388766/coral-is-it-decor so we don't muddle up this OP's thread with this discussion.

Sorry, once again, to the OP.
