Is there anything I can put in the aquarium that will help keep it clean when I have a Picaso Trigger in it?

You could, but the picasso would eventually eat it. You would have to keep replenishing it. Maybe a queen conch?

Nassarius snails are usually safe since they tend to only come out during feedings or at night. Larger non-reef safe hermit crabs and the larger fighting conches are also good options. Some triggers, especially if well fed leave CUC alone, but don't count on it. Sea stars will get eaten, they can't defend themselves and have no shell.
