I have to tell you this story...When I was a little girl of 4 years old, we had a little rocker chair just my size on the porch, when it stormed (not tornado weather..LOL) I would sit on the covered porch and just rock and watch it rain, for hours on end, I loved it. My mother tells me that when she was pregnant, she loved the rain, and made excuses to go walking in it. She said she loved getting drenched, her hair all wet and her cloths all sloppy soaked. She never got so much as a sniffle.

Before and after she was pregnant with me, she hated and still hates the rain and getting her hair wet. Everytime she goes out in the weather she gets a cold.... But while I was a part of her body, she loved it.

That's a really nice story! I seem to sleep better in thunderstorms for some reason.

I love the sound of thunderstorms and children laughing. 

I have heard several stories like that through the years they are always good stories though and are amazing.

I can sleep great during a rain storm but my dog does not allow me to sleep during a thunderstorm the first sound of thunder in the distance he is on top of me and he weighs over 100# I think he thinks he is protecting me  LOL

Remember Eleanore from Gone in 60 Seconds?  A friend of mine owns her complete with a Nicholas Cage autograph.  That is a really good sounding GT500.

The sound of a bank teller counting my cash back after I cash my check.

QUIET.  when no one is at home.

Sound of a deer sneaking in during deer season.

When my wife say's I love you.  Not often enough.

When the boss says I'm done.

When my parents tell me they are proud of me. (only once in my life...)

When my boss tells me I did a good job (not often enough)
