i have a flasher wrasse, bascaly my baby, and he got extremly ill between saturday and today. i was working on the tank on saturday to basically weed some xenia, and he was fluttering around, swimming circles around my hand as i cut out the week, then i noticed a newer fish i bought, a purple dottyback had white blotchs on him. i added melufix for that but then sunday my wrasse was gone, today when i got home i saw he is laying on the ground, still alive, with almost all the skin from one of his sides gone. i cant get a picture but from what I see he had all his fins and none of the shrimp are going after him.

What about the dottyback?  Is it possible that your wrasse is suffering from aggression?

the dotty back is fine, he is to shy and timid to move more then 5 inch's from the little hole he found, also the wrasse was 4 inch's long and the dottyback alittle over 1 inch
