Thanks for all the comments.The rock does look and feels natural and water flows through it not around it which is great.Still getting high PH(9+) readings but its only been curing for a week and a half ,just have to be patient.

Ok here's my tank after six weeks. Im amazed at how much coraline algea has grown in this short amount of time.

Looks fantastic. I gave up on making our own rock and just bought everything. It was a fun attempt, but never happening again LOL. Yours turned out great though :)
