Noticed this about a month ago. Doubled in size and i noticed a new one is growing. I think its sweet looking and wanna keep them going. Anyone know what they are. Good bad? Best water conditions to keep them going?

The little green thing?

To me it looks like the start of the growth of Halimeda macro algae. Good stuff!

Wow thanks guys. Did some research on Neomeris annulata. Looks just like it but found it odd that they say it requires perfect water conditions. Since currently i have been battling high nitrates and red/green slim agea like crazy and then these pop up.

Out of all the suggestions i think Codium vermilara looks the most similar. I cant find much info on it. Good or bad?

If it is infact that, I believe it would be trying to branch by now...

I'm not sure exactly what it is.

It's definitely not halimeda.

Neomeris annualta. Can be quite invasive, or you may only get a small patch. Here is another picture.

I've read on another forum that a guy paid $40 for a patch of it. Some love it, others hate it.

After seeing the second pic Neomeris annualta takes it. At first i didnt think so because other pics shows that the bottom is white but its looks alot like the second pic.
