Hey guys, woke up this morning and found my cardinal and arrow crab both deado, however i did notice the cardinal not eating yesterday, I took a sample to the LHS about four days ago and everything was fine; checked salinity right now and was a little high at 1.026. So not sure if I just got a coupla junky specimens or not, but theres something also on the glass of the tank was wondering if you guys can give me any input. they look like white little lines, with one end attached to the glass. 29 gal tank, got a maroon clownfish, choc chip starfish, coral banded and a emerald crab in there atm. also one featherduster; been using kent marine invert filter feeder food.

test strips or drops?

A Specific Gravity reading of 1.026 is definately not high.

I can't tell what the picture is showing, it's too blurry.  Do you have a tripod?

Hi,

Telling us the tests somebody else did was good, is really not any information. You really need your own lab type test kits, it's as imporatant as having saltwater. You need to know the exact numbers to relate to us so you can get help. You do need a better picture, believe me, I know how frustrating it can be to show what's going on in the tank....I always seem to get blurry pictures too.

Sorry to hear about your loss.
