Just went to the store to add to my CuC and they had a little baby scolima for only $30! Its a little piece and the green parts arent as bright as the orange... But these guys are usually $200 so for $30 I couldn't let this piece go!

Here's a pic of the little guy...

He's only about the size of a nickel and he's not quite as bright as I've seen some of the more expensive ones but with some TL&C he'll be an impressive centerpiece in my tank one day! :D

BTW any tips on how get the green parts of his flesh to brighten? A good food/suppliment to bring colors out more?

Here's one more pic... this time with a nassie snail passing by so you have a good idea of the size of the coral. Sorry the colors came out weird on my phone for this shot for some reason lol!

Rods food or you can even try mysis shrimp. As it grows larger, you can feed it larger foods. I feed my scoly's 1/2 a silverside.

Nice find!

I have two that are about 4" diameter. They're just pigs!

I use Oyster Feast to get their tentacles to come out and then they'll scarf down on the silversides. They'd probably eat a whole on if I let them, but it would take too long and I know one of my fish or a shrimp would rip it out. I think my husband just posted a picture in our 180 thread this past week of my War Paint Scoly eating a silverside.
